What is the production and delivery time?
Our dresses are crafted with great care and attention to detail. The production process, including delivery, typically takes 45 to 60 days, depending on the dress style. Some dresses may require additional time, so we’ll provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders to customers in Europe, the UK, and the USA. However, please note that custom charges (such as import duties or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
If there’s an issue with your dress and it doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer the option to return the dress. We’ll issue you a credit that you can use to either purchase a new size or a different dress. Please note that the dress must be returned in exact condition, with no makeup, tan, or stains on the fabric, to be eligible for return.
